I recently assisted an Army Veteran and his family retiring to the area find a lake home. Everything was done remote, so I was able to help him navigate the purchase of a home, find local assistance with lending, and Title services. After the purchase, I was able to assist with local vendors to provide renovations, landscaping, and other home needs. Being a Veteran myself, it felt great to help make the transition smooth, and worry free for him and his family.
My wife and I moved to the area in 2018, and I was deciding to get out of IT Consulting. I had decades of customer support experience, and had managed rental properties in the past. I met a great group of people at Gerken & Associates that made my career change an easy decision. They helped me get my license, and worked with me every step of the way to train and acclimate me to the Branson community.
The Missouri Real Estate Board, and Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors has high standards for education in all aspects of Real Estate, but I think my greatest education has come from working with Gerken & Associates.
