Wilfredo Lopez

Wilfredo first joined NAI Plotkin's Brokerage Division in 2011 with a focus on the sale and leasing of commercial properties throughout Western Massachusetts. Freddy is well-versed in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry and has extensive experience in Springfield's downtown retail, office and multi-family real estate markets. Freddy has been practicing real estate for over 15 years and has established relationships with his clients that extend far past a real estate transaction.

Background & Experience
Prior to joining NAI Plotkin, Wilfredo's focus has been on residential real estate. In 2007, he founded Logic Realty Group, Inc, a successful residential real estate brokerage in Springfield, MA. Born in Puerto Rico, Freddy grew up in Springfield. He has been involved in revitalization initiatives that make Springfield a better place to live, work, and play. In 2017, he received Business West's 40 Under 40 Award which recognizes young professionals throughout Western Massachusetts that work on the betterment of their communities. Freddy is also a 2016 Leadership Pioneer Valley Graduate.
