ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I purchased a home in Kentlands, Gaithersburg MD in September, 2022. We were living in Ellicott City and wanted to move closer to the DC Metro and to our grandkids. We began looking in July 2022. Wiley was recommended to us by a friend. She listened attentively to what we thought were our wants & needs ? price, location, type of house, etc. We asked to see a variety of prospective homes, and Wiley showed us exactly what we were asking to see. But as we looked, our thoughts & views changed. Wiley was brilliant in seeing this, helped us steer our search to what we REALLY wanted, and encouraged us to look at houses that she could tell matched our needs & wants. Then she showed us THE ONE. It was too expensive; but she did the research and correctly assessed she could get the price down to what we could afford. She was right! Then the seller failed to install the promised washer/dryer properly. Wiley worked with her agent brilliantly, and the sale went through seamlessly. The sale could have gone wrong in many ways: our mind-changing, the seller?s behavior, price, responsiveness, inattentiveness. But it didn?t because Wiley was listening and on top of the process the whole way. We are so very happy in our new home and neighborhood. Thanks, Wiley!
