I would highly reccomend Wiley Belt as a very well qualified real estate agent. He helped me to purchase my first home. I was under a very short time crunch and had to get the house, and close the deal in a very timely manner. Wiley helped to facilitate all aspects of my home buying process and often went above and beyond his duties. The Sellers were some tough customers to come down off of their price, but Wiley was able to get me in my budget range, which I am extremely greatful for. Even after the deal has been closed on, he has been extremely helpful with any questions I have had and always gets back with me quickly.
