In early February we decided it was time for us to downsize and move closer to our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters. We met briefly with Whitney to discuss what we would like to do. At our second meeting she presented us with a detailed market analysis of our current home and presented us with several options to consider for a new home. She guided us through both the selling and buying process. She explained the importance of and arranged for everything from setting the right price point, to marketing, to on line video presentation, to staging and more. She found us a new home that included many of the things we wanted and at a price that was better than we expected. Whitney managed everything and eased a lot of the stress associated with selling and buying. We listed our home on a Thursday and had two offers by the weekend. One offer was for the list price and the other was greater than the list price. She handled all the negotiations and we closed in thirty days. Weve been in our new home several weeks now and we cant thank Whitney for all the effort and expertise she brought to the process. To say we highly recommend Whitney is an understatement.

Our experience with Whitney was so fantastic! She really went above and beyond to help us, as we were searching for our new home. She made great suggestions as to location, budget, and always let us know if one we were thinking about did not seem like a good fit for us. She always gathered all the information about a property extremely fast which made the process go that much faster! Apart from all the logistical side of things that she excels at, she has such a great personality and is such a kind hearted person, truly! To me that was such an important thing because it never felt like she was trying to just make a sale. Instead she was focused on getting us to what we were wanting, and she would always listen to anything that we had to say! Whitney really makes you feel heard! We had a bit of difficulty on our side of things during the entire process and Whitney could have easily moved onto something else, but she stuck with us and also gave us all the reassurance that we needed! Without her as our realtor I don't know where we would have ended up, but I am so thankful that we got across the finish line with her championing us on.
