Whit is amazing and I couldnt ask for a better realtor to work with. I contacted him on a Saturday night and he was able to get us into the property (that wasnt his listing) the very next morning. As a first time home buyer, I had A LOT of questions. He went above and beyond to answer them, was always very responsive anytime I reached out, and was always on top of communicating with the sellers realtor. He even went to the property on my behalf for the inspection since I couldnt make it. From our initial call, all the way to closing, I could rely on him and trust him. Dont hesitate to work with him! Whit is a meticulous, thoughtful, kind, responsive and easy to work with realtor. I had the first pleasure of meeting him as the sellers agent (I was the buyer) and then I used him for a second transaction as my buyers agent. Both times he was extremely responsive (texting back at all hours), very thorough (helped arrange early access, packages, etc.) and went above and beyond with each and every detail. Ill be honest, I'm not a fan of realtors mostly because I feel that they offer zero value added and subsume a significant commission. Whit is a rare exception. He adds tremendous value, local knowledge, honesty and clear and prompt communication to meet your every need. Also, little known fact, he is a professional photographer and takes outstanding photos of the property. His listing photos are better than any photos Ive seen done by hired photographers, just another perk to using Whit! I would not and will not hesitate to use Whit again and again. I highly recommend having him on your team for your next real estate transaction!
