I have been a licensed Realtor(R) since 2003. Prior to entering the real estate business, I worked as a Project Manager for sixteen years. My background in Project Management has helped me with my real estate business by making sure that I am paying attention to timelines and making sure my clients, and their customers, stay on track to help make the transaction experience as smooth and stress free as possible. The only thing I can think of is that your agent may be thinking that you are buying things. I would make sure that you document your sales of each item and make the deposit of each item separately so the lender will be able to easily account for the deposits.
