I work with home sellers as well as buyers and I have had many investors as well; from single family homes to large multi family properties as well as commercial properties.
During the process of working with my clients; many of them become friends by the end of the process. I love what I do and my clients are a big part of that love.
I'm a fifth generation builder (now retired from the building side of the business) and a third generation Realtor. I've written books on real estate and construction and I hosted a cable TV show for a number of years called: Finding New Neighbors.
I am an FAA Commercially Licensed Drone pilot and Private Aircraft Pilot. I also own a video production company in order to make professional videos and marketing materials for each of my properties.
