Wes went above and beyond from the very first phone call to the closing. It was one of the easiest transactions ever! In just one month, I went from only dreaming about my perfect house to finding it, closing and moving in! Wes worked on his birthday, Labor Day, weekends and nights to help me get this done. The property was 2 hours south of his region but that distance was no problem at all. He knew the area I was looking at and did a deep dive to make sure it was a good match for me. Specifically, I was relocating from over a thousand miles away and needed help finding inspectors, a title company and contractors in the area. Wes helped me with all of that in addition to finding the property and negotiating everything that Realtors normally do but better, faster and constant communication with me. I will refer my family, friends and anyone looking in Florida to Wes, with the highest recommendation possible!!

I was directed to Wes Stricklen thru Zillow by pure good luck ! I was looking at a property in Florida from my home in California . Wes worked on the deal for me for 4 months going back and forth with the seller until he made the deal happen . Wes NEVER gave up and put in more time and effort to make the deal happen for me then any real estate agent in my past 30 years of buying properties . I bought a large house on the Halifax River for well over a million dollars without ever seeing the property in person , just with pictures and the expert advice from Wes . Well it may not be too smart on my part to do this Wes handled each and every concern I had from inspections to negotiations to reports to escrow and then some . I never seen an agent put so much time in to make a deal happen . I would highly recommend Wes and Renee without a doubt to handle your real estate purchase . especially if you are from out of state and cant be there to look at homes in person . After escrow closed Wes did not stop with his help !! Wes took time out f his busy life to deal with my car shippers as I shipped 2 cars to the house while I was out of state . He parked my cars in the garage while I was out of state so I had my cars in the garage when I flew into town . What a nice thing to do . Wes even went to buy a few items on his time so I didn't have to like a gate lock and a few things the house needed . When I finally met Wed & Renee he is the nicest guy and Renee is a Gem of a person and now I am happy to say they are my new friends in town I couldn't be happier .
