Wes is originally from Winnipeg Canada and came to the states in search of greater opportunities. Wes is married to Val Ives, a prominent real estate agent in Temecula Valley. Together they have two college-aged twins, Cody & Cailey. Being a husband and father are his greatest joy. In addition to being passionate about his family, Wes' greatest strengths are managing people and marketing.
