To start - I need to say this was not your typical house purchase. It was very complicated and contained many individuals, including the court system, but Wenky made this entire process so much easier. She was not only one step ahead of the game but made sure everyone was doing their part to make this purchase happen. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was 110% perfect so the judge would be happy. She was patient and professional when times got bumpy and we worked together to make this dream a reality. My son will now be able to live the life he deserves in a beautiful condo!! So happy that we went with Wenky as our realtor! Always responded as soon as we reached out, and really fought on our behalf to get title, insurance and loan company ready for closing day!! She showed such patience and care during the home search process, and was very candid about what each house had to offer. All right let me tell you about Wenky. If you want amazing service, someone who really and truly wants to help you has your best interest at heart and gets the job done and quickly you go to her. Wenky is a one-in-a-million Realtor and a true professional! She understands not only how to led with empathy to get a true sense of the buyers position, but also how to negotiate with listing agent in a way that always seems to benefit her clients.
