Wendy Wiegand

From the very first interaction, we were very impressed with Wendy. She was very personable, knowledgeable, and friendly. In fact, we had one more appointment with another realtor a couple of days later and we were impatient to get that meeting done so we could tell Wendy we wanted her to be our realtor. From our first meeting, and continuing through the process, she explained the intricacies of selling a home and was available to answer our questions as they arose. Along the way, she made helpful suggestions, but made it clear we were the ones to make the decisions. Making those decisions would have been much harder without her help. Selling a home is a long and involved process. Without a realtor as committed and focused as Wendy was, it would have been even more involved and difficult.
