I found Wendy on social media, sent her a message on Facebook and she responded super quickly. We connected immediately! Were a young family making a move from NY to Fl and it was overwhelming to begin this process. Prior to contacting Wendy we had negative experiences reaching out to developers and lenders. Wendy was beyond warm and understanding. She took us right in, guided us and pointed us to the right direction. She took the time to hear us and create a realistic plan yet tailored everything to what we wanted. Wendy got to know us and developed a relationship very quickly, which helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was available At All and mean ALL hours of the day to answer EVERY and ANY question, not to mention that she walked us through everything before we even started. We set goals together that will achieve our dream to purchase our first home. Wendy was involved in everything and she was checking in to make sure we were comfortable with everything that was taking place. Being that the entire process of buying our home was done from NY. Wendy was our set of eyes here in FL, she recommended our builder, gave the community the first look, help us choose everything that accommodated our family from the model of our home to the loan that we chose. We would send Wendy forms and forward her emails from the lender and she would reply immediately explaining things and clarifying everything. She always made sure we understood absolutely everything and that we felt supported at all times (which we did). We did not feel disconnected to this process at all thanks to Wendys dedication. She checked on the construction process, inspected our home and was with us remotely during closing. She assured we would have someone coming to our home to help us with the closing process from out of state. She even sent us a lovely gift to celebrate(Shes super sweet and thoughtful). Wendy was and still is a blessing to our family! We wouldnt have been able to do this move without her support. I recommend Wendy for all home buyers, specially those who arent experienced.
