About Wendy Santiago

A licensed real estate professional with over 36 years' experience combined in the legal field and real estate sales. Having worked as a legal assistant/paralegal prior to obtaining my real estate license; preparing and organizing an exorbitant amount of legal documents has given me the edge to the contract language required in real estate. I build long term relationships with my clients through integrity, listening to my clients' needs, consistent personal contact and attention to detail. I continue to stay current on market trends, technology and ever-changing home design strategies, including continuing education courses required in both states. Through hard work and many educational courses, I have obtained certification as an accredited buyer's agent, a residential sales specialist and luxury home specialist. I am licensed in both the glorious states of Illinois and Missouri, concentrating my sales in the St. Louis metro area. I have been awarded numerous awards for sales, including the Top Sales in 2022.

I enjoyed playing softball in my youth, now, I enjoy watching my husband and my Cardinals play baseball.

Wendy is pure gold. We needed to sell our house in Belleville, IL while we were in California with the pandemic in full swing. To add another obstacle, the people who had been renting the property did not care for it at all. Much work, and I do mean much, had to be done. Bless her heart, she was always prompt in response and was incredible in making sure jobs were getting done. She literally kept us sane, calm when needed and always informed. If you need a top notch realtor who is also professional in every manner but still down to earth, Wendy is number one to us. Honestly, we cannot thank her enough for her assistance, and, for just being herself.

Wendy is very knowlegeable with real estate listings and property values. My wife and I purchased some rental property which involved issues which we weren't totally aware of since this was our first experience of this kind. She not only worked dilligently to find the exact home we were looking for, but she was extremely helpful in negotiating with the seller in assuring that maintenance issues were properly resolved to our satisfaction. She also worked with our lender so that all of the paper work was properly completed and on time. If you want and agent who will do the job to your satisfaction, Wendy is the one!

First off let me just say that Wendy really made the home buying experience a positive one. I'm really glad she was recommended to us! I loved how her personality really meshed with ours, as ours can be a little rough around the edges. She never made us feel like we were making a bad decision in the home that we bought nor did she try to push us into a home that she knew we just didn't jive with. Wendy truly went to bat for us with the home that we bought. She made sure that all the required fixes were made and really seemed to have our best interests at heart.
