We absolutely love Wendy and would use her again in a heartbeat! She worked very hard to get to know our quirky personalities and to find us a property that we both were more that excited about. Wendy always went above and beyond to give us the royalty treatment and even when we hit a snag at our closing that was out of anyones control, Wendy saved the day so we could close on time!! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home in KY especially from out of state. Do yourself a favor and fire that agent who wont get back to you and hire Wendy instead. You will be very glad you did!

Wendy is a PRO! We worked with her on purchasing our first home in Lexington while living out of state. We could not have been more satisfied with her ability to understand what we need, evaluate our options, and give us proper advice. We scheduled 12 homes the weekend we flew in and she was able to read our reaction and remind us exactly which home we had the best match for upon visiting. Throughout the day she worked behind the scenes to contact the realtor while we toured other homes and didnt hesitate on getting the information to put an offer in that helped us win the bid against others the same day. Her incredible ability to give us the attention we needed while moving the effort forward was well balanced.
