We're not just Realtors in Lemont -- we're lifelong residents raising our family here. Community is at the heart of what we do, from running Pawlak Properties to organizing holiday traditions like Santa's Mailbox and Easter Bunny visits. Each year, we also surprise Lemont High School graduates with donuts to celebrate their milestone. In addition, we support local outreach programs such as Hope & Friendship, which helps neighbors in need. With kids now off to college, we stay deeply involved in local schools, businesses, and volunteer programs.

Giving back is central to who we are. Mark is a past president of the Lemont Rotary and an active member of the Lemont Lions Club, while Wendy and I support local fundraisers, schools, and community events. From beekeeping at the Lemont Township Open Space to mentoring young families buying their first home, we see real estate as a way to strengthen our community.

Wendy and her husband, Mark, have been married for 8 years and are blessed with a large blended family of 7.
