Wendy and her team were absolutely so wonderful to work with. I had just lost both of my parents at the same time and the grief and pain that I was experiencing Wendy was so empathetic to my current situation, and then having to turn around and sell their house, thinking every time I went there that my mom and dad dont live there anymore. We were starting to sell when it was a buyers market, we just missed the sellers market. Realtors were in a great position when the market and buyers were going crazy. When it switched to a sellers market and everything shifted to under market offers. This is where Wendys realtor experience really paid off. Her and her team did everything the old-school real estate way, not just using social media, but contacting people and finding Leads and canvassing the area, which is something I remember when I worked as a secretary for a realtor company. The realtors worked really hard to get customers. They didnt sit around and wait for them to walk through the door. They went out and got them!! She put her time knowledge and expertise into selling our house to the fullest. We had multiple offers, which were quite unacceptable. When we finally got a decent offer, they were using their lawyer instead of their realtor to negotiate with us. He was over, bearing, rude and flipped a contract on us and his clients favor after they signed our contract and agreed to it. Needless to say after I just lost my parents and had to sell their home, more drama and trauma, was the last thing we needed. Wendy negotiated the deal beyond belief and really went to bat for us. Which was only something an experience Realtor would know how to do. I would recommend Wendy and her team to anybody and I have referred my friends to her already. No matter what side of the table youre on her team has all the bases covered. Thank you, Wendy working with you was a pleasure and you made a painful experience able for us to get through and were forever. Grateful to you. Youre thoughtful and ethical with your clients just the way I was with my clients for 35 years!!
