    Wendy Dawson is the best realtor you could hope to have. I truly believe that my relationship with her in order to sell and buy a house was arranged by God (no kidding). She was able to work through some terrible, stressful situations that many realtors would have quit on. She is knowledgeable, persistent, and comforting. She truly has your best interests at heart and is NOT doing her job simply to make money - she does it to help people. I trust her completely.
