Wendy has over 34 years of experience in Real Estate working with buyers and sellers throughout the changing markets and economy . As a second generation Builder/Developer she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in both new construction and vacant land.

She has been involved in Planning and Development throughout the Greater Seattle and Southwestern WA area and served on various boards throughout the years in different States. She has extensive experience working with investors in a Project Manager capacity in a variety of States, completing Platts, identiying highest and best use for parcels, negotiating leases, and contracts. Being a certified "Highest and Best Use" appraiser gives her insight to valuations of properties benefiting her clients in a buyers and sellers capacity.

Her knowlege in building, designing and decorating homes has earned her many awards and recognition in the community among clients and her peers. Her commitment to "Customer Service" is the cornerstone of the way she handles all transactions. To her it is not just a by-line but a commitment in both her personal and professional life.
