    We were out-of-state landlords and we needed to sell our rental during COVID. It appeared the homes in the area were not selling very quickly, but Wendy was able to sell our rental for over asking price (we received two offers) IN ONE DAY!!!!Wendy was energetic, competent and knowledgeable.
