ZillowVERIFIEDI was excited when I heard Wendy had 29 years experience. As a new home buyer I had so many questions. with zero expertise on the matter. Instead of being forthcoming with insights and ideas. I found I had to refer to other hombuyers to know what to ask. As well as to understand what was in my best interest. I did not not feel like i had a good advocate. This is disappointing because commission was received "as standard". However I feel the value was not there for me. That being said. My home will be wonderful and that has everything to do with my determination.
