    About Wayne Zimmerman

    Wayne is originally from the Lehigh Valley area of Pennsylvania. After vacationing in Myrtle Beach for over 25 years, he finally made his families dream come true and made it their home. His background is varied to include everything from military law enforcement, technical training, realtor, quality manager, and electronic engineer. He and his wife Deb have four girls and three grandsons. They both enjoy the beach, and love to play golf! They hope to play all of the courses on the grand strand. His ability to listen to people and his attention to detail is proven to be a great asset in the buying and selling of homes.     Our experience was beyond expectation. It had been over 10 years since mom left us and the family was finally ready to move moms house - unfortunately it was in really bad condition. We felt hopeless when we actually met with Wayne to walk thru the house. He didn't even flinch - he told us he would do everything to sell the house for us. In less than two months the property was sold. And even though he didn't make a ton on money on the sale - he gave us first class service and was always there to walk us through the process. The man is awesome. Call him!!!

    We met Wayne by chance on a real estate app. We were looking for homes in the Garden City area and planned a trip to see homes. Wayne was awesome! Knowing that homes can sell quickly he volunteered to do a virtual walkthrough with us using Skype. We found our home and made the offer without having to drive 500 miles! Everything Wayne does he does with a smile and he is an innovative thinker too. Seriously, you can't go wrong with Wayne. This was easier than buying a car and we can't say enough good things about using Wayne Zimmerman as a realtor.

    This was our second home. Since we lived out of the area, Wayne went above and beyond to help us get things done.(Thanks for taking that router back!) He is knowledgeable and will do what you ask but isn't afraid to voice a different opinion. He handled our transaction from start to finish with very little effort on our part.We would highly recommend him to anyone and would use him again.

    Wayne was such a wonderful realtor to work with. We saw his sign on a place near us for sale and we called him. He was super nice, very professional and went way over what we expected. This was our second home so we were not in the area all the time. If anything came up he would call and offer to handle for us. I would highly recommend him. Very honest and trustworthy!!!
