Be sure to ask your real estate agent who their trusted lenders are.

Putting the best product on the market requires an agent who is willing to go the extra mile to make this happen. The conversation shouldn't just be about putting a sign in the yard and listing the house on the MLS. There is so much more that needs to go into listing a property in today's digital age.

I'm fond of a recent listing of mine in German Village. The sellers had purchased their home five months before having to list it again. I came up with a very creative marketing plan, we made a few changes, staged the home, and I ended up getting my clients $30,000 more than they paid for their home five months ago.
