I'm fond of a recent listing of mine in German Village. The sellers had purchased their home five months before having to list it again. I came up with a very creative marketing plan, we made a few changes, staged the home, and I ended up getting my clients $30,000 more than they paid for their home five months ago.
I started working for a custom home builder. From there I ended up buying and investing in properties myself. Eventually, I got my real estate license to continue my passion for real estate and helping people.
