ZillowVERIFIEDWe aren?t people that do reviews but are compelled to do one on Wayne Toteff! We contacted Zillow to schedule a tour on a Sunday and was touring with Wayne later that day. He went beyond our expectations! He got important documents together for us within a day! Wayne went even further and got professional opinions on things we were questioning as well. We got to go through with an independent contractor and he answered all our concerns. Wayne definitely worked for us and made us feel he really wanted to help us get what we wanted. Yet at the same time we never felt pressured. That was so refreshing. We actually felt as if we gained a new friend instead of a realtor. We strongly recommend Wayne to be the realtor to contact to help find the perfect place for them!

A neighbor recommended Wayne Toteff, and after meeting him in person and seeing first hand his willingness to jump in and help solve a leaking refrigerator problem, we decided to list with him. From the beginning he was responsive, and displayed initiative with his marketing of the property, and most importantly to us, his frequent communication with us, by phone or email. This is what desired after our unsuccessful listing with another realtor. Thought the price and location of the home made for a challenging sale, Wayne was able to generate multiple offers on the house, including one we readily accepted. Wayne displayed a level of integrity and cooperative, helpful spirit not often found. We strongly recommend Wayne if looking for a realtor in NW Michigan.
