My assistant Christy (also Jackie's sister), has 18 years experience with The Berkstresser Realty Group and is happy to help in the office and give our clients the attention they deserve. She takes care of the behind the scenes details; for listings she uploads the properties to various websites and prepares brochures & advertising materials, along with keeping in touch with sellers on showings and feedback. For buyers she assists in the step by step process for getting through the approval process to closing... making your transaction as smooth as possible!! Also, Zac (our son) has been involved in our business for several years and recently joined the team as a full time Realtor working with buyers and sellers. He also has an associate's degree in Specialized Technology and maintains our computer and phone systems, keeping us up on the ever changing Real Estate technologies so we can adequately promote our listings!

Wayne did a wonderful job assisting us not only with the sale of our old home, but also the purchase of our new home. Wayne and Jackie helped us sell our house and buy a new one. Twenty five years later, they helped us sell that house and buy another. We wanted to make some improvements to the newest house before we moved in but in these times, we couldn't find anyone to work with our schedule. Wayne coordinated work with a painter, electrician and flooring people to make it all happen. Wayne, Jackie and Christy did a great job for us and we highly recommend them.

Wayne and Jackie Berkstresser were so very helpful in our search to relocate to Pennsylvania. Wayne was very accommodating in making arrangements for us to view homes that were of interest to our needs. He also suggested and showed us properties that we were not aware of in the area. We were very apperceptive of Waynes professionalism. We did have an inspection of the home scheduled before we made a final decision. On that date, Wayne came by and met the inspector, offering to answer any inquiries that may arise during the review. He responded to our phone calls, no matter what time of the day. The staff was also very helpful in answering questions and guiding us through the paperwork that was involved. We had a settlement date of December 24th. Wayne was able to coordinate with all the necessary parties to be present for the finalization of the sale. We have called Wayne since the purchase of our home to ask advice related to letters we had received in the mail. His office is most helpful in answering our questions and always had a pleasant demeanor. The Berkstresser Realty Group provided a personal touch and a Christmas wish. They gifted us a personalized tote, return address labels, cards, and a beautiful poinsettia plant for our new home. We will always have fond memories of Christmas Eve 2020. We have referred the Berkstresser Realty Group to two other persons thinking about moving to PA within the next year.
