Waylynn helped me buy my first home, then helped me sell it 3 years later. I moved to the east side of the state recently and wish I could take her with me to assist with buying my next home. WayLynn did an amazing job helping me sell and then also close on my new house. She knew what to accurately price my house at and I ended up selling over asking. We initially contacted Erika from Texas to help us find a house in the greater Springfield, MA area. After we explained our situation and told her what we were looking for, we booked our house-hunting trip and came to MA for three days. Erika was highly efficient in making the best use of our time.
