I wish I could give Walter more than 5 stars. We randomly matched with Walter on Zillow and could not have ended up with a better realtor to help us navigate our first home purchase. Walter was responsive, efficient and always had great advice that was straightforward and not pushy. I never felt like he was trying to push us into a decision, he always took our cues and was committed to finding us our dream first house l, even though it took some time. Finally, he helped us navigate this all while we were across the country, and helped oversee some initial maintenance with contractors post closing, free of charge. An absolute gem, dont miss out!
