Prior to contacting Walter, my home had been on the market with another agency for 9 months with only a hand full of showings and no offers and told by my agent that the selling price of my home was too high for the area. I contacted Walter after researching his success rate in the real estate market. Walter was a positive thinker and a welcomed breath of fresh air after I'd lost hope that my home would sell for what it was worth. Walter told me that my asking price was fair for an established neighborhood and that he was confident he could sell my home soon. After signing a new contract with Walter and KW Realty, Walter immediately began marketing my home and conducted open houses every weekend until my home was under contract. I received several offers after my home had only been on the market for about a month. Walter didn't rest in marketing my home after I accepted an offer. Unfortunately, the first offer on my home didn't work out but no worries because Walter secured a backup offer for my home. Both offers were close to my asking price. Walter assisted me every step of the way in finding a new home making the process as smooth as possible. I am now in my dream home and have Walter to thank for that! There are many real estate agents out there but few with the honesty and integrity, tenacity, and sales skills of Walter Campbell.
