Austin was fantastic to work with we were able to get the house for asking price even though someone had bid higher. Austin told us that it was more important to have a confirmed loan for the seller. He was right we closed in 30 days. Other buyer needed to go FHA could not do in 30 days.

We worked with Austin to purchase our first house, and the experience was fantastic. Austin was responsive, personable and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire home buying process. It was a pleasure working with Eric. His communication during the whole process was great. He went over the plan with us multiple times, from day one to right before the house went on the market, to see if any adjustments needed to be made due to market changes. When it was all said and done we we had multiple offers within the first 24 hours and accepted and were under contract within 48. We were very happy with this home-selling process and would recommend Eric and his team to anyone in the Cincinnati area looking to sell their home, or if you're looking for a new home, I'm sure they will do great at that as well.
