It was a pleasure working with Eric. His communication during the whole process was great. He went over the plan with us multiple times, from day one to right before the house went on the market, to see if any adjustments needed to be made due to market changes. When it was all said and done we we had multiple offers within the first 24 hours and accepted and were under contract within 48.
