ZillowVERIFIEDOur biggest anxiety beginning the entire process of rental house hunting was fear of being cheated or shortchanged given that we knew nothing about the new city we were moving to and the COVID related travel restrictions would mean that we had to search and seal a deal on a house before we physically saw it. Waled and Bob were absolutely exceptional in their service. Their communication and response times were lightning fast. With tact and skill they got to know us, what we were looking for and gave a great short-list of recommendations. Their website also was very helpful for us to house hunt and apply filters etc. All the rentals were beautiful, some newly renovated and overall great quality places! Waled and Bob went out of their way to make the case for us to the landlord and by acting swiftly we managed to clinch the deal. Because of our service record as Army and Navy officers they waived the brokers fees!!! I was especially impressed with how they adapted to the COVID situation by traveling to the site and giving ZOOM virtual tours of the houses we had interest in. All our questions were asked and they even helped us with tips and advice in areas where we wouldnt have otherwise thought to consider such as likely noise levels of certain rental given their proximity to busy roads. All told I had complete trust in the fairness and diligence and superior quality of service we were being offered! I recommend Waled without any hesitation whatsoever.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I lived in another state and was unable to personally visit the property I was interested in renting due to this. Not an issue.
