I'm Waled the President of Caza Global (CGRG) and CEO of Global Relocation Expat (GRE). As someone who immigrated to another country I was faced many challenges. I found it difficult to access the necessary resources and support that I needed to navigate my new surroundings. This is why I founded GRE. My mission is to assist the International community by providing the tools, the network and the resources in one primary location so that they too can thrive in the United States. As a Realtor with GRG I have dedicated my life and expertise in helping buyers to find their "dream homes" in the Metro D.C. area. I have had many opportunities to "un-complicate" the selling process for my sellers and in so many cases have been able to assist them in selling their homes in less than fourteen days. I am passionate about real estate. In my previous profession as an attorney my clients currently appreciate the edge that I bring to the negotiation table. They also appreciate my background as a financial consultant and a relationship banker.
