My wife and I were looking for property in Westcliffe, CO area in October 2019 and stopped by and talked to Wade. I'm sure he had seen many people from out of state "looking" for property and we had talked to other real estate people. On Thanksgiving day of 2019 I get an email from Wade wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving, struck me as a guy wanting to help us buy property rather than just sell us then got an email on New Years eve. Fortunately I responded to both and told Wade we would see him the next March which we did and from talking to us he knew what we were looking for and took us to see our first property which we bought. We also had property in another area of Colorado that we wanted to sell and also listed with Wade, he got it sold in less than 2 months. Wade works hard and his partner Jackie which is his wife are great people to work with. Love them both.

Wade did a great job helping me to buy and piece of undeveloped land. I really liked that he focused on specific geographic areas where his knowledge could be of benefit to someone like me. Met plenty of brokers trying to sell me property in areas they didn't know anything about. That was very frustrating, so appreciated his focus even more. He knew the people in the community which also really helped and provided contacts of service providers that was really helpful. It's nice to work with someone that is very competent and transparent.
