Danny, Wade and their Team did an excellent job helping me sell an inherited home that was in probate. The property had quite a bit of deferred maintenance, but it sat on a very large lot, in an up-and-coming area, with a lot of potential, so I wanted to evaluate the option of potentially improving the property before selling vs selling it AS-IS. Justin on Danny's team is a licensed general contractor, so he did extensive research with the city of Long Beach to understand the various build-out options with the land, including ADU's, expanding the size of the current house, etc. Together, their team provided me with a detailed estimate and timeline for various improvement options, which I found to be very helpful. In the end, the decision was made to sell the property AS-IS, so Wade and Danny's Team got to work on marketing the property in a highly professional and skilled manner. They did a good job showcasing the potential of the property and generated multiple offers to work with. Wade and the Team worked closely with me and my probate attorney to ensure the specific steps/timelines were handled properly, thus allowing us to close the sale as quickly as a probate would allow for and at a price materially higher than I had expected.
