Wade did a fantastic job with us for a few different reasons. We were moving from Arizona to Pennsylvania and unfortunately the place we had planned on staying while house hunting fell through. We saw a house come on Zillow and within hours contacted Wade to write up a strong offer due to time restraints. We were forced to put our trust in Wade because the seller had multiple offers and at that point had a 48 hour deadline to getting offers in for review. Maybe our offer was a little too strong, but we were not in a position to let the house pass us by. Wade agreed with our strong offer, our personal letter to the seller and out of multiple offers we were lucky to be choosen.

Wade went above and beyond in every way, and he did it enthusiastically. Never felt like I was bothering him, never felt like I was out of line, he always answered the phone and seemed genuinely interested in helping in any way....And I put him through the ringer for sure these last few months, he earned his commission many times over, from knowledge, to responsiveness, to just being there at all hours, happily, he checks all the boxes. Super happy zillow paired me up with him, definitely a diamond in the rough, and I cant recomend him enough. My closing would never have happened without this dude.
