Vivian Resnick

HELLO! I grew up in a household that revolved around real estate. In fact, some of my fondest memories were learning the real estate business with my father, a top-producing agent. As such, I know how to listen and ask the right questions to help you realize your real estate goals, whether that's your first home or first investment property. I've made the beautiful Tampa Bay area my home since 2005. I earned my Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and enjoyed being a teacher to wonderful kids for a number of years. Building on a strong family foundation in the construction and real estate industries, it was time for me to carry on the family tradition by becoming a Realtor. I grew up speaking both English and Spanish so I speak both natively, and can help you in whichever language you prefer, to help you make sound real estate decisions.
