About Virginia Rawlins

Originally from New York City, Virginia moved to Albany to earn an undergraduate degree in Economics at SUNY Albany. For the last decade, Virginia has established a strong connection and involvement within the community and is proud to call the Capital Region home. Serving as a LISC AmeriCorps Member at a local Land Bank opened her eyes to wealth creation through real estate ownership and she has not looked back since. In 2018, Virginia founded Building Blocks Together which aims to create through homeownership education and ownership. As a realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and she strives to ensure that the buying or selling process is easy and stress-free. It was a pleasure working with Virginia Rawlings as my REALTOR for my first home purchase. Virginia provided expert advice and guidance to help me towards my goal. Finding a suitable property and having my offer chosen in an extremely competitive market proved to be a major hurdle in my homeownership journey. Virginia and I worked closely to quickly identify, tour and submit offers on properties that I was interested in. When I finally had my offer accepted, she connected me with a qualified inspector and attorney to support me through the purchase. She worked closely with all parties to ensure a streamlined process and advocated for me as her client up until we made it to the closing table.
