Tudi recently helped me and my partner buy our first home and I cannot say enough good things about her. Tudi was incredible at educating us about the process every step of the way. She brought energy and enthusiasm to every conversation and showing. She was also extremely patient and detail-oriented during home tours. She pointed out red flags about homes that I wouldnt have noticed on my own, highlighted key strengths, and never once made me feel sold to. It felt more like I was working with a knowledgeable friend than a real estate agent who was earning a commission. Tudi helped us understand the market conditions when we were submitting offers and come up with creative terms that appealed to sellers, but still protected us as buyers. We never once felt pressured to waive inspections or bid higher amounts than we felt the homes we were considering were worth. Once we had an accepted offer, Tudi continued to check in with us regularly, help coordinate with inspectors and contractors on our behalf, arrange additional visits to the property to take measurements, and keep us calm throughout the closing process. She also helped us conduct a very thorough walkthrough on the day of our closing to make sure everything at the property was in the expected condition. There were two instances she really deserves credit for. The first was when the sellers were trying to negotiate a later closing date than we were comfortable with. Tudi was away on vacation, but she was on the phone and email for hours trying to assistaEUR"we really appreciated this effort. At the closing table, we ran into an issue when requesting credits for items at the home that were in need of repair. Unlike our attorney who barely did anything to assist in these negations, Tudi was the ultimate advocate for us, calling the sellers agent, and ultimately getting them to agree to a fair amount of credit so we could close on time. She even accompanied us back to the house after closing to take photos of us as new homeowners, which was a really sweet gesture after an already long day. If I ever need to buy or sell a home in the future, I will definitely work with Tudi again. She takes her clients best interests to heart, shes knowledgeable about properties and current market conditions, and shes the best advocate you could ask for during this stressful process.
