I HIGHLY recommend working with Victoria. She was so responsive, like responded to my texts/calls immediately. Was able to set up apartment showings within hours of me contacting her. Listened to exactly what my roommates and I were looking for, and found us the most perfect apartment. I contacted Victoria on Monday, she showed us 4 apartments between Tuesday and Wednesday, and by Thursday she had secured us our dream home. Don't think twice about working with her, just do it! You won't regret it. I know who I'm calling the next time I plan to move. Victoria also helped my mom find her apartment, advocated for her and got her the apartment she hoped for as well. My fiancA(C) and I were shopping for our first home with every single requirement that was unique/hard to find and we would not budge one bit. Victoria was so patient and understanding of our needs and dealt with a lot of complaining on my part. Every house he went to I considered ugly but she had such an open mind and was able to come with so many ideas on how to renovate it and make it better. I have no doubt that she was not only here to help us buy our house, but she will help us with any renovations or house questions that we have moving forward. We definitely gained a friend out of this process and I really appreciate all her positivity when we lost bids and her extreme excitement when we finally found the perfect house. Nothing if im going to be quite honest and was pretty rude to my wife that has an accent. She would roll her eyes and rush my wife because I guess it was hard for her to understand my life but I was willing to translate. But she ended up never getting back to me. Definitely felt judged and there was some racism in there because once my wife came to talk, Victoria would treat us differently. Thank you for understanding UGH

Victoria is an amazing real estate broker, who we would highly recommend to anyone. She did a fantastic job assisting us sell our home. Victoria saw a vision for the home from the start and followed through with it to the end. Her research and local knowledge gave us the best price point to list, enabling us to attract the most potential buyers. Her magazine quality photography really showcased our home. We were under contract within 4 days and above our listed price with a buyer who wanted it to be their forever home as it was for us for over 40 years. Victoria helped us through out the entire process of selling a home and followed through and followed up. She assisted and worked well with the buyers broker and our lawyer as well to keep things on track and moving forward. Victoria is great with communication ,friendly, trustworthy, positive and responsive. She always had our best interest in mind, but also that of the buyers themselves. Victoria did an excellent job with researching price comparisons, which allowed us to set a competitive price that quickly found a buyer. She really helped coordinate every step of the process up to and through closing, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and smoothly. I would highly recommend her!
