Savannah went above and beyond! I am two and a half hours away from the house we were selling (we inherited it). Even when I was ready to throw in the towel because the title company would send me paperwork without explanation, Savannah was right there for us explaining all that she could but also reaching out to the title company and advocateing for explanations so I could understand what it was I was filling out. I have never sold a house before, thank goodness for Savannah. Savannah has excellent communication skills, stays in touch regardless of time or day.

Savannah did an amazing job put in an offer for a house that we weren't even serious about, hoping they would sell for a way lower offer. She didn't hesitate and put in the offer. The seller accepted the offer. She got us a loan officer to work with us for a VA rehab loan. 6 months it took and she stayed by our side the whole way getting extensions and keeping the seller informed, every bump in the road she was there letting us know what we needed to do and keeping our loan officer in the loop. I would recommend Savannah to everyone especially those trying to get a home that needs some rehab. Professional and honest.
