I have a BS Degree from CSU Sacramento in Real Estate and Land Use. With this degree I anticipated working for a government agency, or becoming an appraiser. Graduating with my degree in 2005 was the peak of the market and I decided to obtain my real estate salespersons license. I had already completed the coursework so I quickly obtained my Broker's license a few months later. I had wanted to also obtain my Appraisers license however my mentor appraiser was far too busy at that time and suggested I hang my license as a salesperson and get my feet wet as a REALTOR. 20 year later, I'm now the Broker of REMAX Top Properties, one of the most successful Brokerages in Tehama County. I also am the Broker of Tehama Property Management Inc. in Red Bluff.
