Everything started off very good. We were introduced to Gwyn who then introduced us to Victoria. Gwyn was always available to show us different properties. The only downfall at that time was that we felt we were finding all the properties versus Gwyn finding the properties. Everything she had shown us was over budget and the houses that were under budget were not what we were looking for. We thought we developed a very good relationship with Gwyn. Once we put an offer on a home things quickly changed for the worse. It was very obvious at that point that Gwyn and Victoria were only interested in their commission versus what was best for my wife and I. The day prior to us signing for our home Victoria gave my phone number to other mortgage lenders because she swore I was being scammed by Guild mortgage. Also, she was extremely unprofessional towards the team at at Guild mortgage. She put me in the middle and I suddenly became the communicator between both parties. In the end I would never recommend Victoria or Gwyn to anyone purchasing their first home. We were lied to and promises were unkept. Buying your first home should be stress-free and that?s exactly what this process was not.
