My wife and I were first time home buyers juggling work and a small child and Victoria made the entire home buying process straightforward and less stressful. Starting with the first meeting with her she walks through what the whole process will look like and is transparent and helpful on all the small details (earnest money, inspection, offers, etc.). She provides candid and helpful feedback on picking out a house that both is a good fit but also will maintain value and investment. Her insight on potential red flags (stucco in colorado!) were welcome to cut through the noise of what you find researching on the internet. I looked for quite a while for a buying and selling agent with expertise in the fundamentals of real estate markets and the business aspects of those markets. With Victoria I was happy to find an agent who had this more rigorous background, which is evident in her monthly emails. She also has an unusual level expertise in aged houses that either need renovation or have been renovated, including through her husbands work as a contractor. She also is well familiar with Northwest Denver, including the Sloans Lake and Highlands neighborhood. She was careful to point out problems with properties I reviewed and also had good suggestions for evaluating offers on the house I was selling. Would recommend her to both buyers and sellers as a top tier expertise agent.
