Victoria and her team recently sold a vacant lot for me in West Sacramento. I could not be more pleased with all aspects of working with her. Ashley is amazing. She is very knowledgeable about the Sacramento area, which for me was helpful as I did not anything. She ensured that I understood all the neighbors, we toured them, so that I could make an informed decision on what was best for me. We looked at over 15 homes in many different neighborhoods. She was able to quickly understand what it was I was looking for and translated that into a list of homes I could be interested in looking at. Even in walking through the homes, she offered additional information. I never felt like she was selling me a home, but rather asking me questions and giving me information so that I could make the best choice for me. I recently purchased a house from Victoria's Property and I have to say, I am impressed with the overall services. I own two homes and comparing the two experiences are far between. Here's an example I would like to share with you guys. My wife bad I experienced a major plumbing issue 2 days ago. I reached out to Victoria at 2:36a she was on it with what I needed to do within 3 hours. My property owners would have someone else to contact me to resolved the problem. You could sense Victoria has a passion for her position. She's very competent and wants the best for her clients. I love it when she says, watch me work I will take care of you. When she says this, Victoria actually means it. She was born to do this line of service. Her professionalism, knowledge and her ability to treat you as her own family is what stood out to my wife and I after meeting Victoria and her team.
