Victoria Baucum

I have lived in Nevada County since 1972, 18 years in Tahoe/Truckee and 32 years in the Grass Valley area. My husband, Danny and I own a small ranch in Penn Valley with horses, chickens, cats and dogs. We have invested in , renovated and resold real estate for 33 years. I finally obtained my real estate license after retiring from teaching school for 28 years. I love being in real estate full time now and will go the extra mile to make my clients also enjoy the experience. I strive to help my clients make good decisions about buying or selling their homes.
