We are older (70s) so not very computer savvy. I'm not sure how many times Victor drove to our house to have us sign papers because we couldn't figure out how to do it on line. He was so patient with us and helpful. He gave us great advice on preparing our house to sell. We would highly recommend Victor if you need a Realtor. He's the best !!

The former realtor was pressuring us to take a terrible offer just to sell the house, but at a great loss. We took the house off the market and relisted when the quarantine lifted. Victor provided honest and knowledgeable advice and suggestions, and he marketed the home at a higher price comparable to the current market. We had an offer after the first showing and several more two days later. There were a few bad storms with resulting damage and inexplicable local code issues. While we stressed out dealing with contractors and the insurance company, Victor remained professional and patient working everything out with the buyers agent.
