We recently decided to list our property in St James. Our concerns were that we were living out of state. We decided to list the property with Vic and our concerns were immediately put to rest. Vic arranged for painters, appliances to be installed as well as flooring in the bedrooms. Vic hand picked the materials and met the vendors. We did have a repair that needed attention. Vic arranged for the contractor and oversaw the finished product.
