Victor Rodarte

I first saw Arizona when I was stationed at the Marine Corp Air Station in Yuma in 1969. After my discharge from military service, I graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1974, was employed by Price Waterhouse and Co. and earned my Certified Public Accountant license during my time there. In 1976 I joined the staff of AZL Resources, a publicly traded conglomerate, and served as the Director of Corporate Accounting. In 1979 I accepted an offer to join the staff of the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission. After a rewarding career in investor protection, I retired in 2003 as that agency's Chief Deputy Director. Having been a real estate investor for many years, I decided to make real estate my next career. I have been a realtor since March 2004. Best part of being a realtor is the opportunity to work with individuals and families from various backgrounds and parts of the country, getting to know each other and developing friendships as we work together. I am privileged to have a great team with which to work: Jennifer Root is based out of Long Realty's Sahuarita office and brings a wealth of experience to our team. A degree in Business Management equips Jennifer with the skills and knowledge to understand the dollars and cents involved with the purchase and sale of real estate. Jennifer is the Green Valley/Sahuarita Coordinator for the Long Realty Cares program that gives back to our local communities with over $ 3 million dollars in donations to date. Jennifer share a military background in that her father retired from a military career before retiring in the local area. Jennifer is detail-oriented who works hard and listens closely to her clients needs. Dick Powell rounds out our team as our fully licensed realtor and Customer Care Coordinator. He is a valuable resource and he assists the team in making every effort to assure smooth and timely transactions. He is a Marine who served in Vietnam and is driven by a strong sense of duty to our clients.
