0/10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND. Tyler was the selling agent on a house we put an offer in on. He was rude, inconsiderate and just plain mean to our loan officer. He went right over our agent (he didn't even attempt to contact her first!) and questioned our loan agent about if he actually did his job running our credit, etc. We had a pre-approval letter for well over the offer amount and the letter was included in the offer. Apparently Tyler had a bad interaction with a branch of this bank and then made the assumption that anyone else who worked for the same bank was a bad employee.
