I've been living and working in the Tri-Valley area as a Realtor since 1990. During that time, I learned that one of the most important aspects of my business is helping people reach their real estate dreams and goals. Buying or selling a home is a very personal thing. I work hard to place my buyers into a home they can live in happily for many years. For my sellers, I focus on getting the highest price with the least amount of concern to them while netting more after the close of the sale. My local experience and national outreach help me achieve these goals. During this process, I function as a consultant, negotiator, and administrator of all transnational matters. My goal is to relieve my clients from the worry of details and concentrate on their desire to find the perfect home or rapidly sell their current one.
