During a stressful time when buying and/or selling a home, Juli and Vicki stay calm, theyre on top of every detail and they worked in our best interest. Theyre available when we needed them. Not all realtors do this! They are constant professionals and go above and beyond. When we moved to North Bend we also asked them for local recommendations and every time they were on point because they know the area so well. We moved out of the area and they went to the lengths of finding us a realtor in the state we moved to and they dont have to do any of these things. I can truly go on and on. Theyll keep you sane during a stressful time and you feel so comfortable talking to juli and Vicki right away. There are other realtors on the Oregon coast but the Whelchel team will never steer you wrong. They genuinely care about us and theyre all around good people.
