Vicki King recently helped us sell our home in Baltimore and we could not have been happier with our experience with her. She provided excellent advice for getting our house prepared to go on the market, was knowledgeable of the area, and promptly responded to emails/calls/texts with questions or concerns. We lived out of state during the sale and Vicki generously went to our property on multiple occasions to provide access to contractors and make sure the work was done as promised. Finally, during closing, Vicki caught multiple mistakes in the closing paperwork provided by the title company that would have cost us thousands. Vicki went above and beyond what we would have expected for even the best realtor. She has my strongest recommendation!
