Vicki is an excellent realtor. She came highly recommended to us by two colleagues in my practice and we couldn't have been happier. We were trying to buy a house from several states away at the height of the pandemic in Spring 2020 and needless to say she made an incredibly stressful process feel seamless. She had great knowledge of the area and neighborhoods and was so response to us and returned emails and calls so quickly. She was honest and straightforward with us - I knew I could trust her opinion and it felt like she really had our best interests in mind. She seemed to have good relationships with the other realtors on the sell side we interacted with, which I think helped us when it came time to negotiate a competitive offer. She is also just a nice human and brought us snacks and bottled water on a busy day of house hunting to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us a housewarming gift at closing. Those small touches made it such a nice personalized experience. We had an excellent experience with Vicki and would very highly recommend her!

Vickie was both the sellers and buyers (us) broker, and was very fair and professional. She was particularly helpful after we moved in with finding competent folks to do all the things we needed...cleaners, carpenters, inspectors, etc., and even helped us find a refrigerator when there were virtually none in Maine because of the covid virus! She always returned calls, visited when requested, and did so with a cheerful smile. We would certainly recommend her as both a listing and selling broker.
