First I cannot say enough great things about Vicki Clark. I chose Vicki because she had recently sold a house on the street I lived on. I travel a lot and needed someone that knew that area and provide me with competent contractors to prepare my house for listing. She was able to provide a list of movers, cleaning team and contractors to fix little things throughout the house, all at fair rates. Vicki, kept on top of every detail and kept me informed. The house was under contract in less than 30 days and Vicki assisted me at closing to ensure the sale of the home went as planned. I would definitely recommend Vicki Clark to anyone selling or buying a house.
