1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Have your ducks in a row, get pre-qualified so you are looking for a home in your price range.
Pets are supposed to be house broke, not people.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
De-clutter as much as possible, put your treasures away, keep colors neutral and inviting.
Curb appeal is important to buyers too, clean up the yard, paint the trim, make it look new.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All over the board, from first time home buyers to retiring couples, families to single professionals.
Clients that want to be in walking distance to everything and those who want acres between them and their neighbors. Recreationists to farm and ranchers.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Wanted to finish my Batchelor's in business, took some elective classes that were real estate entry classes and the instructor persuaded me to take the license exam because I had done so well in the classes, took the Brokers exam instead of the salesman exam and passed first time out. Been licensed and involved ever since.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have several designations and continue to strive to be the best and be knowledgeable in as many aspects of the industry as possible. Have served as the first woman treasurer for the Colorado Association of Realtors, President of the Colorado Association of Realtors, and as a Director & Committee Chairperson for the National Association of Realtors.
